What is the difference between Pacific, Atlantic, Primera and Rivieria Auditorium Seats? Primera is a luxurious conference chair which can be incorporated with a simultaneous translation and voting system. Can also be fitted with a Wrimatic tablet. |

All our seats are being manufactured at our 92,000 sq ft factory in Malaysia, which is certified to ISO 9001:2000 for the design and manufacture of public seating. We meet the technical and quality requirements of the United Kingdom (British Standard - Crib 5), European Union M1 and the United States (California Technical Bulletin 117 or 133). |

| Q11 | : | How long does it take for you to deliver my order? Average 8-10 weeks. Depending on a certain model, it may only take up to 6-8 weeks. Order will be processed upon receipt of all necessary documents. |
| Q12 | : | Do you provide warranty to your seats? All our seats comes with a two (2) years warranty upon installation. This warranty cover the structure of the seats, subject to fair wear and tear. |
