Cannes, France (August 17, 2021) - Ferco Seating, the design-to-manufacture luxury seating specialist, is excited to announce the recent installation of its Premium Verona recliners at the Cineum Cannes multiplex. Housed in the famous venue in the South of France, the premium motorised seating incorporates performance, practicality and style allowing visitors to the Cineum to lie back, relax and escape during their visit to the big screen.

The Premium Verona seats offer the latest in reclining comfort, with fast and smooth operation, and are complete with auto-return and safety features. Partnering with FLEXOUND Augmented Audio, the seats are fully complemented by FLEXOUND's immersive sound and chair vibration experience, allowing viewers to feel completely immersed in the movie action.

The Cineum Cannes will be utilised for screenings at future Cannes Film Festivals. The festival, a world-famous celebration of new and established filmmakers, actors and writing, truly celebrates the cinema-going experience, with the Verona seating perfectly complementing the narrative of cinema as escapism.

Tim Barr, CEO of Ferco Seating, said, 'We're very proud to have launched our Premium Verona seats, complete with FLEXOUND's Augmented Audio, at such a stand-out, recognizable venue in France. Comfort is our number one priority when we design a cinema seat and by partnering with FLEXOUND, too, it elevates the movie-going experience even further.'

The Cineum Cannes was designed by French architect Rudy Ricciotti. The visually-impactful venue is, both literally and metaphorically, multi-faceted, both in Ricciotti's external aesthetic design and in its four-story, 12 cinematic auditoria, with an overall total of 2,450 seats.
