The Arc Cinema is an independent Irish operator established in 2014. They are committed to opening & running cinemas which provide a high-quality cinema experience for local communities.
In March 2022, the Arc Cinema opened their latest venue at the new entertainment development at Mulberry Place in Daventry. The cinema opened with a bang - screening the latest Batman blockbuster and featuring an appearance from The Dark Knight himself in his Batmobile.
The new Daventry venue is a high-specification, luxury cinema featuring four screens with digital laser projectors, state-of-the-art immersive surround sound and luxury reclining seating. Moving forward, they will show the latest blockbusters as well as independent films and screenings of live performances such as ballet, theatre and sporting events.
Having worked with The Arc Cinema previously on their Beeston development, Ferco Seating were able to use their experience to provide a personal, bespoke service while manufacturing and installing the cinema seating in Daventry.
For the ultimate in high-end, luxury cinema experiences, Verona Zero Wall reclining seats were selected to go in all four of the screening rooms. The Verona Zero Wall cinema seat is a premium quality electric recliner which provides complete audience comfort whilst maximising the available space for cinema operators.
The Verona Zero Wall seats in Daventry were installed fully upholstered in a linked-seat configuration. They feature an integrated wooden table & cupholder providing a convenient place to set down snacks and beverages throughout the movie screening. The Verona seats also comes with an auto-close feature and footrest sensors.
